Corporate Structure

NPCC worked under the administrative control of Federal Ministry of Water and Power, Pakistan until 2015, when it was placed for privatization. After the transfer of shares to Mansour Al Mosaid Company for Trading and Contracting, based in Saudi Arabia, on 1st December, 2015, a new Board of Directors was constituted. NPCC has now established itself as a very strong contracting outfit in its field of speciality. With strong resources, NPCC boasts of highly experienced professional managers and workforce armed with an extensive range of construction equipment.

NPCC is among the selected few construction companies which posses ISO 9001-2000 certification, a pre-requisite these days for power project participation. NPCC continues to prosper under the new management and was successful in securing SR.123.5 Million contracts in Saudi Arabia and four (4) contracts in Pakistan valuing Pak Rs.2.5 Billion during the year 2017.

Board Of Directors

CHAIR OF THE BOARD: Ms. Lulwa Al-Soudairy

Lulwa Mansour Al-Soudairy has a Bachelor’s degree in the Management of Information Systems from Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah. She gained vital experience working in start-ups and developing companies in Saudi Arabia. After completing her experience, she gained her master’s degree in Business Administration from Babson University, Boston, in the United States of America. Ms. Al-Soudairy worked at Harvard University as an administrative consultant, where she marketed and launched the biotechnology lab at Pam Labs. Through her studies at Babson, she has worked as an assistant in the Graduate Research Center and at Babson’s Leadership Academy for High School Students in Rwanda, Africa. Ms. Al-Soudairy was admitted to a business incubator program in Boston under the name of WIN Lab. Ms. Al-Soudairy has extensive experience in establishing and launching companies in the field of innovation and technology.

MANAGING DIRECTOR: Mr. Hafiz Yaseen Abdul Karim

Mr. Hafiz Yaseen is a Pakistani national and has been with Mansour Al Mosaid Company since its inception. He started his career in business in 1975 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has been associated with the company ever since. Under his dynamic leadership and expertise, Mansour Al Mosaid has flourished from a small establishment to a multi diversified group as of today. Apart from his professional interests, Mr. Yaseen has keen interest in social developmentand philanthropy and gives special attention to his projects in Pakistan and in the Kingdom.

DIRECTOR: MS. Assrar Al-Soudairy

Ms. Assrar Al-Soudairy serves as a Member of the Board and plays a crucial role in the evaluation and monitoring processes within the company. A graduate of Effat University in Jeddah, Ms. Al-Soudairy brings a strong academic background and a keen eye for detail, making her an integral part of the organization’s leadership team.

DIRECTOR: Mr. Abdul Karim Muhammad Yasin

Mr. Karim completed his LLB from University college of London, UK. After completing his formal education, following his acumen in entrepreneurship, he did MBA in Entrepreneurship from world’s leading university IE (Instituto de Empresa)Business School, Spain. He joined Mansour Al Mosaid Co. as Business Development Manager and started many new divisions in the company which are success stories and now running as profitable business. During his studies, he has been president of the Law society and created a mentorship programme. His other interests include sports and was part of the basketball and soccer teams in university and carries on his passion now by organizing sport tournaments for employees in the company.He is a self-professed gadgets aficionado, and dabbles in photography and editing.

DIRECTOR: Mr. Malik Muhammad Sharif

Mr. Malik Sharif is a British national and a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK. He joined Mansour Al Mosaid Co. in 2011 as Group Financial Advisor and also has a role of Chief Financial Officer. He has experience of over 50 years in United Kingdom, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. During his professional career he has been in different roles in finance and in the banking industry. He has been CFO of the largest cable manufacturing company of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has been the regional manager of Corporate banking arm of a major bank in KSA. He has also worked as a consultant for different Financial Institutions in the KSA, Pakistan and UK. He is a philanthropist and has keen interest in social development. He has many projects running in Pakistan specifically in education and health sectors.
